When you build the 5.8 source the network fire wall settings are automatically set.

Also if you load UE 5.8 binary the from Epic Launcher whilst "running as Administrator "

You have to run uefn as "running as Administrator " to login often

UEFN will not install correctly from Launcher on any Windows 11 (eleven) version needs to run Elevated "Run As Administrator - General / Issues and Bug Reporting - Epic Developer Community Forums

This then puts up the message to allow access via firewall. then Restart broadband router
