Summary
Sometimes network starts to bug, if I had to guess this happens 0.1 - 1% of the matches. I have had this issue in Epic Reload too once. When it happened in Reload I was in the match for about 5m, then the red cross appeared with all the red markers on the latency log.
After 2m I believe it went away by itself. This is not a me issue, this is epics fault. I am not sure what triggers this, it happens rarely and randomly. Normally players would back out to fix it, I am not sure if waiting it out for a few minutes will fix it for everyone but it seemed to work for me the one time had it.
It also happens to my players in UEFN. I have had about 5-10 reports the past 6 months so that is quite a lot, hence my guess for 0.1 - 1% of games affected.
Another reason why I am sure this is an epic issue is that the issue happens for everyone when it happens. Look in the clip, he is using text chat to talk with the other players in the session. They see the same issue.
