“Network Connection Lost” on specific Creative Experiences

Summary

When players try to load into the Creative experience they have a chance to encounter an error that matches the attached reference screenshot. It reads “We Hit A Roadblock - Network Connection Lost”. This does not depend on the users party status or the system they are playing on, there appears to be no pattern in what is causing the issue.

Players click play, get into the loading screen, then are kicked back to the lobby with the error message. This happens each time they try to load into the experience - meanwhile other Creative Experiences and Fortnite led modes still matchmake correctly.

Steps to Reproduce

It occurs at a random chance when you try to ready up to play Murder Mystery (5253-8468-3364). It appears to be slightly more common when you are in a party with other players.

Expected Result

You are kicked back to the lobby after viewing the loading screen - you are greeted with the error message “Network Connection Lost”

This has been reported by dozens of players - each have specifically encountered the issue on this Creative Map.

Also, the other creators that voted, could we get your island codes and logs? We’ll need more info and logs to troubleshoot this.

FORT-841054 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 33.30.
