Neon Effect

Hi guys. I´m trying to achieve a realistic neon effect on Unreal 5.0.3. I´m using Fresnel, but I´d like to know two things:
1 - How to get 3 colors fresnel?
2 - Any tips on how to get a better neon effect?

I think all you need is the emmissive color to be overbright/HDR. The tonemapper should take care of the rest for you.
So just plug in a color with huge values into the emmissive color pin and see what that looks like.

@smugdev Thank you for your reply. But, if I increase emissive intensity too much, I´ll lose the color transition caused by the fresnel.

In your post process volume, under “Color Grading/Misc”, you can adjust the “Tone Curve Amount”. It determines (among other things) how much overbright colors desaturate. Maybe you can make that work for you.
