Not exactly a tutorial but have a look at the community ocean project. M_Ocean in Ocean/Materials/M_Ocean_Versions is probably what you’ll want to check out. It’s well commented so you can see how things are done.
Have a look at the ‘Water Planes’ project that can be found in the ‘Learn’ tab of the launcher, there is an overview video that might explain some things.
