Need urgent help with static lighting

Our indie game is 3 weeks away from launch… now we ran into an issue of not being able to build static light. Already disabled light and reflection lumen in settings, set to deferred shading and also set lights to static.

Couldn’t get lights to build… anything I missed out (when I click build lighting it just runs and disappears)?

Are you trying to build lighting with CPU or GPULightmass? GPULightmass may be a problem. What changed between your last successful bake and now?

I added an HDRI sky box (the default one from UE), changed the sky box image. It seems like once u added it, some stuffs within the scene is changed and even after you remove them, set to disable lumen, you will still not be able to build static lights.
