Need To Re-Compile Everytime I Restart Unreal Engine

I recently started working with unreal engine and am facing this issue that everytime I Restart unreal engine I need to Recompile using live coding or my blueprints derived from c++ class gets set to default and due to this any changes I make to blueprints get Reset all the time. I tried turning live coding off and compiling from vc code multiple times but the issue still exists. Anyone knows why this happens?[Engine versions i tried are 5.1.1, 5.2.0]
