Need help Updating Nav Mesh After Placing ISM Instances

as you see I spawn a few ISM cubes that all have their collision set up and everything works fine. If I have an actor construct these cubes on construction script, then the Nav mesh bounds will registerer them but if I spawn them in. in runtime they are as if they don’t exist to the navigation. I already changed the nav mesh settings ion project and world to be dynamic. Please Help.

I am trying to make it so when i spawn Tiles in a grid each tile will add to the nav meshs moveable area.
