Need help. Some objects are blacked out after light build.

Hi All,

I’m facing an issue with lighting and would like to request some assistance.

We built a map for our game and everything looks cool. Once I drop my assets into the map and make a light build some parts are blacked out and i fail to figure out the cause.

Please find the screenshots below.
You can see that the roof is blacked out while it should have the same color as the walls. It looks ok within the blueprint containing the building.

If you’re getting black objects after building lighting then it’s due to either bad lightmap UV’s (usually something is overlapping). Or your lightmap resolution is too low and the shadows create pixels that are huge.
