What happend here?
What happend here?
I would try a couple of things
-
In the Nvidia control panel, 3d section, reset to defaults ( if you have an Nvidia card )
-
Get the latest ‘studio’ drivers. Not game ready.
“Thank you for taking the time to respond to me, I really appreciate it. However, even after changing the drivers, the problem persists. If you have any other ideas, I’m all ears! Thank you!”
Sorry it didn’t work out.
It really looks like a hardware problem, which basically means your GPU. That’s about all I can say here.
What happens in medium scalability? Or perhaps reducing the number of lights? Grabbing at straws…
I noticed that when I disable ray tracing in the settings, everything goes back to normal… That might be a lead
Also, i try medium setting and the problem seems to solved. But i need the high setting and Lumen. Dont know what to do
In your example, you’re on ‘low’. So if you can use High, why not?
Only the anti-aliasing is set to low. The other settings are on high
Ok, but it sounds like you’re on the path to nailing it with ray tracing.
I assume you’ve already tried toggling these option in project settings
Yes. I noticed that when I disable the shadows on the lights causing issues, everything goes back to normal. And when I reactivate the shadows, the problem comes back.
Really not sure, I’m afraid.
It does look like hardware. You might get some luck by rolling back to an earlier driver for your GPU, I’ve seen that work.
Otherwise it’s just trail and error…
Okay, thanks for your help! I’ll keep investigating.
How about that red message?
Nanite disable
Try to enable ,see if that fixes the problem.
I re-enabled ray tracing, Nanite, and changed the shadow map to virtual shadow map, and I think, for now, that the problem is solved. But the FPS drops a lot. My RTX 2070 Super dont really like it
This is exactly what bad drivers look like. I hear the latest fixes the issue,565.90, but I have not checked. I am on 552.22 and do not have this issue.
Rool back to 552.22 fix the issue. Thx
