I ran into a bit of a snag with my latest submission, and I’m hoping to get some clarification.
My submission was rejected citing Creator Rule 1.13 Keep It Authentic. Also saying: “The content within your creative island”
The thing is, the only change I made from the last accepted release was a simple collision fix for a static mesh. No new content was added. Now, because of the rejection, players are stuck playing the map with this collision issue, which is far from ideal.
I’m a bit confused because I don’t see how this fix could have violated any rules.
Could someone shed some light on how my submission didn’t meet the requirements? Any pointers on how I can address this issue and make sure my submission complies with the rule would be super helpful.
Thanks in advance for any insight or assistance you can provide!
I guess there wasn’t a bullet point at the bottom saying which content/assets were problematic?
That rule could be applying to your thumbnail, (There’s some strange rules, like “no arrows”). It might be a case of something only getting noticed now and not on initial publish.
If it were me I’d try making a small change and then attempting one more publish. (With hopes of either passing or getting a rejection with some actionable info) If rejected again try talking to Player Support for reasoning.
