Need assistance setting up AR for UE4

Hello,

I would like to ask if there is someone out there who can assist me setting up AR for UE4, via Skype, etc.
I have been through 3~ reinstalls so far trying to compile and go through the tutorials, but I always run into an error towards the end.

Need help asap!
On the last step of the big AR “Hello AR” tutorial, and I am getting the error:

ARCore is not supported on
this device due to
UnknownError
