The characters Ai move well when the landscape mesh in set no colision. So there is a navmesh on the moutain.
When i activate the colision on the landscape, the ai character don’t find the good path on the navmesh. Because there are a navesh and another above.

Did you found a answer or got this “fixed”? I have the same problem, I have a structure with two floors, both floors have a valid navmesh. But when a location on the 2nd floor is picked and AI does a AI move to, AI will go to the exactly same spot in x-y coordinates, but to the spot in the lower floor. So it seems AI move to is not understanding Z axis when there are nav meshes vertically stacked for floors.
As I read, after “updating you” nav mesh everything was fine? Or did you also changed your nav mesh to only have one floor again?
I am also having this issue, i have roads with overpasses and if im fighting a melee ai under the overpass, sometimes the ai moveto send the ai to the TOP nav mesh instead of just running 300 ft forward to me.
its unfortunate that the original poster left such a vague, incoherent, and frankly useless “fixed” update.
