NavMesh on landscape with very small scale

I have a problem with NavMesh on landscape. My game has very small scale. As you can see on images, NavMesh is floating above the ground and it doesn’t cover hills, although they are not very slope. I tried to set different parameters, but it doesn’t help.

They are set to 1 now. I don’t see any difference between setting them to 1 and 100. Standard character has 6.5 capsule radius.

Agent height and radius perhaps?
