Navmesh issues, game-breaking

I read that to fix AI getting stuck on corners I should try to alter the agent radius under project settings/navagation system, however increasing or decreasing agent radius doesn’t change the projected navmesh and seems to stop my AI from moving at all. What could be causing this issue?
