- add a NavMeshBoundsVolume to the scene
- add a NavModifierVolume to overlap the NavMeshBoundsVolume above
- change the properties of the NavMeshModifierVolume, likes Transform, BrushShape, Size, etc, you can see the navmesh is not rebuild until drag the gizmo to change its location
