Nanite Static mesh with masked material not rendered in time.

Our art dept made this static mesh asset, and place into some levels.

Poles are using opaque material, and chain link is using masked material with simple polygon. in this case, uses 2 quad(4 tri).

And this is the mask image for the chain link material input.

It is render as expected on editor, but not rendered correctly when built.

I have tested this in a new level, but could not reproduce the problem.

To be honest, I have never encountered a similar problem.

so I am at a loss for how to begin solving this issue. If anyone has experienced something similar, could they possibly offer a hint?
