Hi, I’m on UE5.5 (DirectX 12) and having issues merging static meshes.
I have a house with ~100 modular meshes.
As I want to later spawn many of them using PCG, I want them to be a single mesh and Nanite to work.
I’ve tried all these methods and then enabling Nanite on merged meshes, but none of them worked.
- Actor → Convert Actors To Static Mesh
- Actor → Merge Actors → Merge
- In Modeling Mode: XForm → Merge
Actually all of them also make the texture strange. (is it even related to this Nanite issue?)
What could be the solution here? Thanks.
