So i was wondering why is nanite not supporting glb/glTF files. As it is my favorite export file for blender rather that fbx.
Also why is my mesh potato when enabling nanite. it´s like stuck on lower LOD.

You are importing glTF file and then enabling nanite?
Not a Nanite expert but Nanite is file format agnostic, it works on a mesh. What you see might come more from the mesh structure, e.g. open edges impact the cluster creation.
