Nanite causes flickering on foliage with AMD GPU, but not NVIDIA

Anyone else having major issues with Nanite meshes freaking out on AMD hardware? The example below is running on AMD 6700xt. The same project packaged copied to a machine with RTX 2070 has no issues whatsoever, but I consistently get this flicking on certain assets when using AMD GPUs. As in the video below, disabling Nanite for those meshes gets rid of the issue so it is likely a problem between Nanite and AMD hardware or drivers.

I have not been able to replicate the issue on NVIDIA hardware (1070 or 2070).

It seems to happen primarily where foliage actors are occluding one another (e.g., a tree in front of a tree as in the example below).

Bumping this as I’m curious still if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
