Nanite artifacts

Hello everybody! I have a problem with nanite. If I turn it on, artifacts appear on the grass and trees. If I turn it off, everything is fine. Using UE5.2

Is this issue happening on one specific project/UE version or is it on multiple? (Also, what all options do you have enabled in terms of shadows?) Thanks!

This occurs from version 5.2 and below. I launched the same project on 5.3 and everything is fine. By shadows, virtual shadow maps is enabled.

Are all versions using DirectX 12 or are the older ones using 11, by chance?

All versions use DX12
