Summary

My 3 published Creative islands are active in the Creator Portal but completely inaccessible to players. Matchmaking fails every time.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Enter island code (1789-1228-5374, 9029-4038-6822, or 9403-3220-9151) on PlayStation.
  2. Press the “Play” button.
  3. The game gets stuck infinitely on the “Searching for server” screen.

Expected Result

The map should load normally and launch the matchmaking session so players can join and play.

Observed Result

The game gets stuck infinitely on the “Searching for server” screen and never loads.
