Summary
It seems that there is a problem with my project. After completing it, it showed that I used experimental features and was prohibited from publishing. Later, I deleted everything, and the experimental features were no longer present, but when I used the tool to build terrain, it again showed that I was using experimental features.

Steps to Reproduce
I wanted to add new gameplay to my project, so I added PID_Device_CreatureSpawner_V2. Later, I added materials to the walls in the scene and adjusted the UVs. Then I changed the building signs to be destructible. I thought players might want better cosmetics, so I added a phone booth. After that, I chose to save the project, and a message popped up saying I was using experimental features. I had encountered this before, but re-entering the project solved it. I did the same this time, but when I tried to publish a private version, it still gave the error that I was using experimental features and couldn’t publish the island. So, I entered the project and deleted PID_Device_CreatureSpawner_V2, as well as the materials I attached to the walls, changed the building signs back to non-destructible, and removed the phone booth. Yet it still showed that I was using experimental features. Finally, I deleted everything in the project and published the private version again, and this time it didn’t show the experimental features message. I thought of starting a new scene, so I used the terrain tool to create terrain, but when I saved it, the message about using experimental features appeared again.
Expected Result
Resolve the issue of being unable to publish
Observed Result
There were experimental features before I deleted everything, but after I deleted everything, the experimental features disappeared. However, it seems that adding something brings the experimental features back.
