My progect. Work in progress

Hello @Shornik3D !

Looking back through your posts, I’m loving each update you’ve provided! I was constantly looking forward to each post after. I’m so happy to see how far it’s come and am looking forward to the new update. The aesthetic gives me a mixed vibe that I can only describe as something similar to Van Helsing (2004) with Hugh Jackman.

My favorite detail so far is the ghost flying up death animation when an enemy killed with the amount of dedication and love that you’ve put into the 240 weapons. I’m thoroughly excited to see more from you and truly can’t wait for the next update! :star_struck:

Hello @The_M0ss_Man ! Thanks for the kind words! I am glad to hear that you are interested in my project, I appreciate it. In fact, the development of the game is carried out every day without days off and I often have something to show about my game, but due to the low activity in my topic, I did not post updates so often. I’ll try to post more stuff here in the future

Hey @Shornik3D !

I think that’s understandable. Giving frequent updates can be a little time consuming when you’re focusing on creation. Regardless, we are more than happy to see any and all updates you give!

Please remember to take breaks as well because with the hard work you’ve put into this project, I’d say you surely deserve it!

Rekesh Gaal game development is in full swing. All last week I have been working on the construction of the first underground level. Below are some screenshots. The lighting is not set up yet, I will set it up after the full assembly

Not so long ago I finished reassembling the level. I’m starting to test the character on the level. This is a short video of the first tests with destructible objects.

Hi there @Shornik3D,

Hope you’re well and having a great week so far!

Old school style games make me so nostalgic. Especially ones that have a dungeon filled with traps and breakable objects. Its the procedural level generation, however, that was both incredibly satisfying and fascinating to watch. Wonderfully done so far.

Sending you lots of support with this project!

Hi all! I haven’t posted anything for a long time.
Work on the project is moving at full speed. Currently, active preparations are underway for the release of the demo game.
The videos below show off some of the new passive skills in the game.

Rekesh Gaal | Action RPG | New status icons

Hello everyone!
It’s been a long time since I shared with you news about the development of the game Rekesh Gaal.
I’ve been working on creating a new character for about a month now to replace the old one.
During this time, a more detailed character model was created, a set of animations, and now I am finishing 12 sets of equipment for him.
Below are some screenshots of my progress.
The release of a free demo version of the game on Steam is scheduled for December this year

Work with the main character’s equipment is completed.

Below are three sets of armor on the hero.
Many of the sets made are updated versions of previous hero sets, while a couple of new ones have been made.

As you can guess from the picture, some sets are made for certain hero classes. At the same time, items from each set can be combined with other items from other sets

Cutscene with new mini boss

This day came!
Demo of the game Rekesh Gaal is now available on Steam!
Add the game to your wishlist!
Download the demo version!
Share your impressions of the game!
Below is a new trailer for the demo version and a link to the game page on Steam

New gameplay video

Development of the game Rekesh Gaal continues.
Now I am creating a city and buildings created using the procedural method. First results.

I am preparing houses for subsequent procedural assembly at the level.

Hi again @Shornik3D,

Hope you’ve been well

So sorry I haven’t checked into this project in a bit, but seeing all the progress all at once is so exciting. Especially getting to see the latest shots of environment design and world building. So creative! It’s coming along wonderfully.

Have you announced any sort of planned release date yet? Or to soon?

Thanks for continuing to share!

Hey @PresumptivePanda !
Thanks for your words, it motivates me and I really appreciate it!
The release will not be soon. I think it will take me a couple more years to finish creating the game. But I’m in no hurry, I’m enjoying working on the project
