My plant actor doesn't get the shadow, does anyone know why?

Hi, I’m a very new user and I found that only my plant actor doesn’t get the shadow even it’s under shadow. Help me please.

Is your material on the plant set to unlit?

What setting do you have?

I changed it to Unlit, and it turn to dark.

My version is 5.0.3 I used to have default Lit

OK, just asking. Unlit means it doesn’t take lighting which might make it show like it did;just a guess.

For a plant, one can use default, but typically uses masked and two-sided foliage. Most plants typically come with an opacity-mask if you are not already using it.

Don’t think it will help with the lighting, but…
