My Path Traycer is very blotchy

Hi everyone

I need help

2 pictures I use same setting for lighting,path traycer ,materials…But :

-one pic is very clear and lines are straight,colors is smooth

-another one (with blue line mark ) is very dirty,lines are not straight,color is not clear

Who can help me?
