Summary
When I go to make a push for my map “Jam Verse” at the “Promotional Media” tab it claims “That thumbnail’s similar to others, so your island may be filtered out of top Discover rows, and won’t be eligible for a Sponsored Row campaign if you use it. Learn more” at the Landscape Thumbnail section
I have tried contacting support, first time around they kept asking me to check my sanctions, however this isn´t a violation and therefore wasn´t in the Sanctions section, and today another support agent asked me to post it here as they cannot change what the system flags.
I paid over 120 USD for my Thumbnail, its an original piece of work, and I would like for it not to be flagged so what can I do?

Steps to Reproduce
Go to the creator portal and make a push for an update, under the “promotional media” tab your thumbnail will have a yellow border with the message:
“That thumbnail’s similar to others, so your island may be filtered out of top Discover rows, and won’t be eligible for a Sponsored Row campaign if you use it. Learn more”
Expected Result
If you follow those steps you will see that your thumbnail is bugged and will be flagged by Epic systems
Observed Result
Even when removing and readding the thumbnail, or altering it a bit, it says the same thing, so the result is simply that your thumbnail gets flagged.
