My materials staining and shaking

Hi as you can see in the video, my reflection material shaking when i moving, and the second material just doing some uv movement but staining on the surface. Why is this happening? Youtube Video

Looks like it may have something to do with motion blur and/or TAA. If you use shader effects that alter the parallax/apparent depth of a material, it can mess with any temporal effect such as TAAs anti-blur techniques. There are some ways to combat that, such as checking the box “has pixel animation” in the material’s settings. The greater the difference in depth of the mesh surface and the apparent depth, the worse the artifact becomes.

Checking “has pixel animation” worked, and when i off the motion blur shaking gone. Thanks for your help.
