Summary
My map has not been put on ‘NEW AND UPDATED’, or had any exposure whatsoever since i published it 3 days ago. The map code is 9783-5771-9408.
I have published maps before, and never had to wait more than 24 hours to be placed on discovery.
I have put a lot of effort into my map and went beyond my own knowledge of verse and UEFN to try and create the best experience i can, and yet here i am 3 days after publishing with a total of 0 players on my map.
Can you please fix this as i don’t think it’s fair that my map hasn’t at least been tested on the ‘NEW AND UPDATED’ tab.

Expected Result
I would expect to at least be given a small window of opportunity on the front page somewhere.
Observed Result
I published my map on Saturday, it is now Tuesday and i haven’t been put on ‘NEW AND UPDATED’.

Hello Brandon, Welcome to the Forums.
I’m not sure if it’s connected - but did you enable the check-box at the end of publishing that said something like “Allow Epic to Promote My Island”?
Just to be clear - I’m unsure if being shown in discover and that checkbox are connected, but if you tell me that you did not check it, that would be some evidence of linkage. (And if it’s not checked, you can enable it when publishing a new version)
Unsure if you mean this, but i always opt in for marketing and promotion. I contacted Epic Games live chat and was simply told ‘it’s a bug’ and to fill out a bug report. No idea what to do at this point. It’s now been nearly 4 days since publishing and i still haven’t made it onto the ‘new and updated’ tab…

Yeah, opting in to ‘Marketing and promotion’ was what I meant.
I think the best outcome from this bug report is if a bug ticket is created and assigned to someone on the discover team. (General expectation is that every new island gets a chance on a discover row)

I feel you man ive got the same issue. Large map made in uefn, made custom art for it aswell as a trailer just for it to not appear on new and updated. Incredibly enraging.

As much as I hate to say it, this has happened to me two maps that took a year to develop.
Either epic has bias towards accounts (famous streamers on YouTube, etc) or the account itself is flagged by Epic blacklisted for no reason?
Those are my guesses
