Ram:
Graphic Card: Rtx
Is enough for beginners and 4 years?

I would say yes. Even 5.

There are those who say 4gb vram is not enough for today. So I’m not sure. Alright, this specs enough for 3d model rendering??

Ah, sorry. I saw the RTX card and assumed it was at least 8.

4GB VRAM should be ok for UE4, and is possible even for 5, but would be a tight squeeze.
