My Island is Locked????? NEED HELP URGENT

Summary

This issue is not related to Unreal Engine usage or development questions.

This is a Fortnite Creator Portal / publishing backend issue.

My island is locked and cannot be updated:

I cannot publish
I cannot create new releases
I get “Missing required permission content-service:experience-mutate:akita UPDATE”
The Creator Portal shows:

Publishing errors
This is clearly a backend or service issue, not something that can be resolved via forums.

Please escalate this ticket to the Fortnite Creator / Publishing support team or developer team.

Hi @Flak thank you very much. I’ve already reached out through this channel, but they weren’t really able to help me either. I honestly don’t know what else we should do. It seems like nobody has a solution
