My grappler doesnt shoot in creative mode

Summary

I left click on my grappler but it doesnt shoot, all it does is make the shooting sound. My friends can shoot it but im the only one which cant

Shoot the grappler

im waiting for a fix as well, it started with me being able to use it and my boyfriend could not so i gave him the one i was holding and then both of ours broke haha, still broken ever sense then (creative mode only)

Hi Rakur, welcome to the Forums.

This may be related to:

Known Issue : Spawning a weapon that does not use standard ammo types (Grappler / Harpoon Gun / Plasma Cannon / etc.) with ammo set to 0 (zero) will cause it to be non-functional.

Mentioned in the 27.10 update.

Try setting the Initial ammo of the Grappler to a non-zero value.

I’m having the same problem as the original poster, but it’s in random creative maps, where i didn’t create the map. Even if i play public maps, i’m not able to shoot it but everyone else is.
