My friend can't access Fortnite via the Epic Games Launcher, has tried everything

Since Sunday Feb. 18 he always gets the same error after starting the Launcher: Unbenannt hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB

He tried contacting the support, but has not received an answer yet (it’s been more than a week, he wrote two E-Mails). He also tried everything listed on the “Network Connectivity Troubleshooting” page and nothing worked for him. Iit’s just frustrating. I was hoping to get some help on here.
