Hello I am contacting you because my Fortnite island has no longer granted exp for a few hours even though I have not made an update today, the last update of my island dates back to October 27, 2024, my ile reported XP since October 28 until today while I did nothing the exp was deactivated, it is not an XP calibration because I did not do update and I meet the conditions for me to report XP (many players, enough games played, etc.) Can you please help me to resolve this problem thank you here is the code of my island: 9145-2439-2170

You need a certain number of plays for XP to calibrate. You’ve had to low player counts, so your XP have gone back to calibrating.

the xp is calibrated when we post a new update and it is activated when we have reached the number of players and sufficient game but in my case the last update dates from October 27 and October 28 the xp it was activated on my map because I had met the conditions and until today 4 p.m. we could gain experience thanks to my map but suddenly my map no longer grants experience for no reason I know I don’t know where this comes from and I would like to find a solution but who should I contact for this?
