My Fortnite island no longer grants XP all of a sudden (no update made so it's not about XP calibration)

Summary

Hello I am contacting you because my Fortnite island has no longer granted exp for a few hours even if I did not update today, the last update of my island dates from October 27, 2024, my island reported XP since October 28 until today while I did nothing the exp was disabled, it is not an XP calibration because I did not update and I fill the conditions for me to report XP (lots of players, enough games played, etc.) Can you please help me solve this problem thank you here is my island code: 9145-2439-2170.

I read the documentation but it didn’t help me understand why XP was deactivated from my map, I think this is an error, can you help me resolve this problem, tell me exactly what is wrong with my XP island and I would like to know if XP is permanently deactivated of my island or if I make an update by adjusting the XP system of my island then it will be reactivated? good evening, yes my ticket was answered but it still doesn’t help me, it’s been a week since xp was suddenly disabled on my island for no reason even though it was granting xp and I didn’t update it, and no one wants to tell me why it was disabled? what should I do for responsiveness? and is it disabled forever? help me please it’s very important to me! island code: 9145-2439-2170 @Flak
