My asset that I uploaded to FAB, is not showing in my Library. Saved in my Library but cant Download. A Bug I guess? FAB support Help please!!

Hello! I am a publisher and I recently uploaded my character to FAB, but I have a trouble with downloading my own asset and it is not showing in my library. In asset page its showing it is saved in my library but when click Download the window appear with text “To access Unreal Engine files, add the asset to your Library”. So it all looks like some bug.
I will attach a screenshot of how it look.
I contacted FAB support with this issue, mentioned 2 times that I am publisher and have a problem with my own asset. Got a response “Give us your order ID so we could help you”. Answered them that I am not buyer, I am seller, I mentioned it previously, and mentioned it again I have a problem with my own asset I uploaded to FAB. And now they are ignoring me.
Guess I have no choice so I post here, maybe someone have similar issue like this or maybe some of FAB team/support will notice this.


Update - FAB fixed this problem and now its working <3

This is a known bug, I’ve reported it already in November: I cannot download the product I've just published on Fab

Can you please tell, did it fix in your case? Or you still can not access to your asset??

I still cannot access my product, as anyone else in the same situation (published a product after fab release).
I can download all products that I have published in the marketplace era, but not the new one published on fab.
There are a lot of reports of the same bug if you search in the forum. I hope they fix it soon.

Oh I hope they really fix it soon, almost ~2 month passed when I looked in that topics…

From the message it results: “Saved In My Library”

But is not in my library and if I click on “Download” I see this message error:

I am a publisher and it still results difficult to manage this.

As far as I know this is not the priority of the Fab team currenlty but they are well aware of this issue

It may not be a priority for them, but it’s a very problematic bug for us sellers. I hope they fix it asap.

I hope they are aware of this. It is very important for us sellers to verify the uploaded files right after release.

Yes this is a bug that is very much on our radar. Right now we are super concentrated on getting improvements out the door and will tackle this as soon we launch some of the larger, higher priority fixes. In short, we’re working on it! We appreciate everyone’s patience as we tackle these one by one.
