Multiple selection upon filter in Outliner not working anymore

Summary

When filtering something in the outliner, after hitting Enter, it used to select all the actors matching the filter. It’s not working anymore.

Ctrl+A is not the same because Ctrl A select the root actors when the filter is getting child actors.

Steps to Reproduce

Type anything (That exists in the world) in the Outliner filter and hit Enter

Expected Result

All actors matching that filter should be selected

Observed Result

Nothing is being selected as it used to happen
