Multiple RTX GPUs to speed up rendering with raytracing

Hi,

I work for a company that builds highest end Servers and Workstations. We have a customer who wants to have the fastest possible solution for rendering highest resolutions and heavy raytracing in Unreal. What both he and us would like to know is, if a multi GPU system with like 5-10 Quadro RTX8000 cards would be usable in Unreal, or if we are limited to just one GPU. As this would make a great impact in their workflow and time management when they’re working on (Hollywood Level) movies and other virtual productions.

If someone could help us with that, that would be awesome.

I read somewhere in the site, in the documentation about SLI I think, that there’s a limit to the number of multi-GPU links and/or number of GPUs. But that article could be outdated, so I think emailing Epic directly about it would receive a faster response than the AnswerHub. Or perhaps in the Rendering sub-forum in the Unreal forum.
