Multiplayer Respawn issue with "get all actors from class"

I have been trying to make a Multiplayer respawn system for my game and have been stuck for 2 weeks now. I have narrowed down the problem to this section of my blueprints (the picture). The “get all actors from class” provides an empty array even though there are player starts in the map. The array is only filled when i launch my game from the map and is empty when i join/host a game. Any ideas?
