MRQ Spatial Sample in Anti-Aliasing causing "smears"

When rendering out my project in Movie Render Queue, with an Anti-aliasing setting of a Spatial Sample Count of 8 (Temportal Sample Count of 1), there’s smears on the image. It’s mostly on the Metahuman face, when the camera is moving (camera moves upwards, character changing direction of face from left to right). Any idea how to fix this? It does not happen when setting Spatial Sample Count to 1 (with a Temporal Sample Count of 8 e.g.), and it does not happen with TSR AA.
