MRG Lumen spatial sample count issue

Hi guys, I have a problem. I switched to movie render graph because of the mrq temporal samples problem when more than one doesn’t render multiple shots. This time whenever i use more then one sample in spatial sample field i get this kind of artifacts (mostly visible on the building). If set to one problem disappears. I have a 5060 rtx ti 16gb and I also updated the graphics driver. Can you also advise me how can i get a more crisp less blurry result? I tried using none and TSR in antialiased method and also use higher settings in post process settings. Thank you in advance for your help!
