mpeg format, the file is created but empty

When I exported a video in mpeg format, the file is created but empty, that is, 0 byte.
Images exported well.
In the previous version of twinmotion this error did not occur.
I have windows 10 pro.
Twinmotion 2020.

I’m with the same problem. To fix you can change the camera resolution to 1366x768, but then you got a low resolution video.
Really want to know how to fix this.
