Movierender Queue weird color banding


So i’m farly new to UE, so i might be missing something here.
But when i try to render out a sequence with movie render queue, doesn’t matter what deferred render type, aliasing, or output format i choose, it leaves the output result with these weird low compression color banding artifacts.
But when i render directly from the sequencer tab (which i guess is the old way of rendering out sequences) the image is free from artifacts but obviously looks like it was rendered with low samples rates.

Am i doing something wrong here?
