Movie render queue - motion vector blank

Hi Guys,

So I’m having an issue where my motion vector pass is rendering just the default yellow colour with no info in any of the channels. I have used the exact same render settings in another level within the same project and it works fine. Any suggestions to what might be causing a level specific motion vector issue?

Any help would be super appreciated

PS. if its handy to have images of the render settings I can post those for inspection.
