I faced with a problem that I cant understand the reason
I used movie render queue and exported some good animations.but in my new sequencer when I want to export it by movie render queue in export just frame 1!for example if my sequencer have 300 frames it exports 300 renders from frame 1! if I choose to rendering frame 100 to 200 it exports 100 renders of frame 100.it puts on the spot at first frame !

I had the same problem. My problem was that I had some weird stuff going on with my camera Cuts thing (the panel above the cinecameraactor in the sequencer). My solution was to delete it and to add a new panel by clicking on the “track button” under the globe icon, also in the sequencer. There I added a new Camera Cuts. After that it worked for me 
additionaly I had to pull the red line for the end of the track back from 0 to the end
