Movie render queue doesn't look same as my sequence

Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with Unreal Engine 5. When I play my sequence in the Sequencer, everything works perfectly — all actors behave correctly, animations are in sync, positions are accurate, and everything looks as intended.

However, when I render the sequence using Movie Render Queue, the final output does not reflect the latest changes I made. It’s as if the render is using an old version of the sequence or scene. Some actors appear in wrong positions, even though it looks correct in the editor.

My UE version is 5.6, I work on the dark ruins map, with metahuman.

Hello, just to tell I paid expert for this, passed hours on it and didn’t find the reason. I just rebuilt many scene to avoid it. No solution found.
