Summary
I have seem to found a bug as I ran into a similair bug a few months ago. I just thought it would be my model but I have had this issue with over 5 models now and I cant think of it beeing not a bug. When I check my skeleton mesh out in a blueprint with animations it looks fine but when I make it spawn inside a npc spawner and make it walk around with the animations its groin is inside the ground and all stretched. In the bluprint the model looks fine no stretching but inside the game its groin is all stretched. I use a Blueprint Class for the model and for the movement too. This is all inside a NPC Character Definition which is inside my NPC Spawner.
