"Move To Location" Z axis is not correct

I try to move my character by use “Move To Location” function.
The character original location is 0,0,0.
But when character moving request is completed, the localtion’s X and Y is correct, and Z always doesn’t align navmesh.
I don’t know what happend…
Are there anybody can solve this question?

I think this problem is made by FloatingPawnMovement.
