Motion Blur in MRQ Unreal 5.1

I am trying to render a scene with a helicopter flying. When using the legacy render with level sequence I get the result I want with motion blur (And when I play the game. I get the same result.) , but for some reason when using the movie render queue I get completely different result which is not great. And I cant change the result of MRQ, I tried differents setting and I always get the same result.

I tried changing : Camera Shutter Speed, Motion Blur setting in camera and in post process. I also changed Motion Blur quality with console command.

I added two pictures, one for each of the renders. (The first one is with the level sequence and the second one is with MRQ)

I watched it, but for some reason the result never change in MRQ. I also tried to disable it, but same result…
