I am trying importing an animated character from 3DS Max. When I open the animation in UE, the body(bones) animation is fine, but I see the morph targets messed up, very different from the 3DS Max animation. How can I fix this?
This is the image from the last keyframe of the animation. Left is how it should appear, Right is how it is in UE
(don’t mind the missing eye texture).
For the animations, what do your export and import settings look like? Are you exporting/importing the full animation or set lengths of time? Also, in the sequence itself this is the last keyframe?
